BUSINESS OPERATIONS

VITRO REIT, Inc. (Company) was formed primarily to own and invest, directly and indirectly, in income-generating real estate assets, including but not limited to information and communications technology (ICT) infrastructure, data centers, digital infrastructure assets, and energy infrastructure assets, related to data center operations, that meet the Company’s investment criteria. As a data center REIT, the Company will focus on expanding its portfolio of income-generating real estate assets, including ICT infrastructure, data centers, digital infrastructure assets, and energy infrastructure assets, related to data center operations.
